Sarah will schedule a free home assessment with one of our team members (often Mark). After receiving a quote, you can approve or dismiss it. If approved, Sarah will schedule the job and collect a 25% deposit. You’ll receive a reminder 24 hours before the job. On the day, our team will explain the job before and after completion. Sarah will then send the remaining balance for payment via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

Exterior cleaning prices depend on various factors, such as property size, roof surface area, and access to the property. A three-bedroom detached house starts at around £950. Additional services like access equipment, plant wash, gutter cleaning, and window washing could bring the total to around £1700.
3. What happens on the day of the job?
For a roof clean, our team arrives at 8 a.m. and sets up the site, explaining the process to you. They remove moss, algae, and lichen using low-pressure water and access equipment. After cleaning the gutters and surrounding area, they apply softwash chemical and plant wash. A final walkthrough ensures you’re satisfied with the job.
