No, we send you an appointment reminder via our booking system GetJobber, just in case you need to unlock the back/side gate and even clear the dog poop up!
As payments are collected either in advance or via direct debit you don’t need to be at home. If you are the guys do love a cuppa tea.

For our domestic customers, we collect your gutter cleaning payment by debit card over the phone or via bank transfer.

When gutter cleaning, we have the option now of using a ladder for low-level gutters, the gutter vacuum system for gutters up to 4 floors and cherry pickers for larger commercial or industrial buildings.
The versatility of the gutter vac is you are standing on the ground at all times, so reducing the risk of working at height. With the mobile CCTV attachment, we can see that the gutter is clear and free-flowing
You will have access to your account with us to keep you fully informed of your appointment. Jobber is our system that will send you an email to confirm your booking, the day before the appointment you’ll receive a notification of the appointment and which team member is coming with an approximate time. We have also introduced a messaging service so you’ll receive a message when the team is on their way to you.
One thing we can’t always factor in is staff sickness.
We accept telephone debit car payments or bank transfer.
This is a very good question to be asked.
We would always recommend gutter cleaning twice per year, especially on older properties that may have a large amount of moss on the roof as this can clog gutters with water and dampness getting into your home. Why not ask about our roof cleaning service to deal with the root cause of the problem?
