Mark started Alfresco back in 1996. Now living in Witney, he enjoys the Cotswold countryside and being outside, which is always a plus in this business. He has five children who keep him busy and family trips include Centre Parcs and snowboarding. Mark loves the simple things in life, like curry and beer.
Sarah joined the Alfresco family over 11 years ago. Sarah has a great way of dealing with the staff, and looks after them as if they are her own boys. When not at work Sarah is a self-confessed gin expert and enjoys evenings out with her family. Her favourite food is Italian, fresh seafood pasta and a glass of gin. Sarah is our very own Mary Berry, regularly bringing her home-made cakes and other delights to the office.
Nick has been a valued member of the Alfresco team for over 12 years. As Mark’s brother, he has known the business and its values for many years and brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role. Nick is a proud father to four daughters, when he gets the chance, he enjoys the excitement of motorsport and regularly attends events such as British Superbikes and the British Touring Car Championship.
Over nearly four years at Alfresco, Alice has progressed from Office Administrator to Office Manager, gaining strong operational and industry knowledge. She confidently advises customers on the best solutions for their needs while ensuring the office runs smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and appreciating a good glass of wine.
Alison is the newest member of the admin team. When she’s not answering your calls or replying to your emails, you’ll find her being a busy mum, enjoying quality time with family and friends, having a good laugh, or planning her next holiday.
Alex has returned to Alfresco after a short time away. We are happy to see his return
Adam is the newest member of the team. He brings experience of delivering parcels and leaflets, which keeps him always on his feet. In his free time, Adam loves being outdoors doing gardening, enjoys playing football every Wednesday night, watching F1, cooking, gaming and listening to a wide range of music.
Paul is the most experienced member of our window cleaning team, with over eight years’ experience. He brought a wealth of knowledge in domestic window cleaning to Alfresco and has built a reputation for delivering excellent results. Paul enjoys the freedom and variety that come with working outdoors and takes pride in helping customers keep their properties looking their best. Outside of work, he is a keen airsoft enthusiast and enjoys spending time at home tackling DIY projects.
Julian is a hardworking and valued member of the window cleaning team, known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic. He takes pride in delivering a high standard of service and enjoys the variety that comes with working outdoors and meeting customers. Outside of work, Julian enjoys spending time with his family and girlfriend. He is passionate about football, loves holidays and travel, and has a keen interest in fast cars.
Jordan is the newest member of the window cleaning team and has quickly established himself as a hardworking and reliable team member. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys staying active and making the most of his free time. He is a keen airsoft player, enjoys regular gym sessions, and loves cycling.
Josh is our longest standing technician. He has recently become a dad and spends a lot of time making memories with his family. He enjoys riding his BMX and exploring music. Known for his humour and positive attitude at work, he brings energy and good vibes wherever he goes.
James is passionate about exterior cleaning and takes great pride in helping customers keep their properties looking their best. He genuinely enjoys working outdoors and appreciates the variety that each day brings. Outside of work, he loves spending time in nature, particularly fishing, and enjoys playing football to stay active. Most importantly, he values quality time with his children and creating lasting memories with his family. His passion for the outdoors, strong work ethic, and commitment to family life all contribute to the dedication and care he brings to his work every day.
Carlton has over five years of experience in the exterior cleaning industry and takes great pride in delivering high-quality results. He enjoys working outdoors and values the variety and challenges that come with being outside every day. Away from work, Carlton spends most of his time with his wife and family, making the most of quality time together. He is a passionate Liverpool supporter and keen motorsport fan.
