Do you cover my area?

We cover a 30-mile radius from our offices at Kingston Bagpuize, Abingdon. This includes areas such as Oxford, Abingdon, Wantage, Boars Hill, Wantage, Wallingford, Benson.

Is the price you quote me fixed?

Yes, the price we quote you via our quotation system Get Jobber is the price you pay. We have a subscription window cleaning service that you pay monthly for via DD. Are your staff insured?

We are fully insured for the work we undertake.

£5 million for Public liability

£10 million Employee liability

Do I have to be home when the cleaning staff come?

No, we send you an appointment reminder via our booking system GetJobber, just in case you need to unlock the back/side gate and even clear the dog poop up!

As payments are collected either in advance or via direct debit you don’t need to be at home. If you are the guys do love a cuppa tea.

How can I pay?

For our domestic window cleaning customers, we collect your window cleaning payment, very much like your gym membership and it’s really easy.

When you sign up for our subscription window cleaning service you will be asked to sign up to GoCardless which is a direct debit collection scheme. Once you set up your GoCardless link we will send you, you will be charged the agreed amount every 6 weekly. Set up and forget

What are the benefits of using the Pure Water System?

Here at Alfresco we use pure water systems as the water dries to leave a completely crystal clear finish, as opposed to general tap water that dries to leave minerals on the windows, which is the reason for hard water stains and unsightly white spotting. Also with using Pure Water Window Cleaning, we clean the windows and frames using carbon poles that can reach 4/5 floors as we as reaching over flower beds when a traditional window cleaner would need a ladder to get up to clean.

Do you always come on the same day of the week?

We would always aim to come on the same day, however, the great British weather can sometimes be against us. We clean our subscription window cleaning customers every 6 weeks +/- 3 days to allow for weather.

One thing we can’t always factor in is staff sickness, especially during covid we would rather our team have a clear pcr test for your safety as well as the rest of the Alfresco team.

How can I pay if I’m not at home while my windows are cleaned?

If you are a one-off customer, having an end-of-tenancy window clean to both inside and out we would take full payment in advance.

If you are a regular customer of our subscription window cleaning service your payment will be collected via GoCardless each month

How often should my windows be cleaned?

This is a very good question to be asked.

We offer two levels of service to domestic customers:

One-off – as and when you require

Regular – we offer a 6 weekly service only. In our experience of 25 years of window cleaning we have decided to offer just a 6 weekly service as monthly would be to soon and window get really dirty if left to 8/10 weeks.
