What Do We Clean?

Let’s start with the obvious bit.

Our regular 6-weekly window cleaning service includes your windows, frames and sills. We also clean your front door as part of the service.

Everything is cleaned using high-grade pure water.

Pure water has been filtered to remove the minerals and impurities found in normal tap water. Therefore, when the water dries naturally, it doesn’t leave the familiar white mineral spots behind.

There is no need for detergent either. On some first cleans, we use a citrus-based agent to help lift the years of dirt and grime.

However, that’s only the part of the service you can see.

What About the Bits You Don’t See?

We’ll Remind You We’re Coming

Remembering when the window cleaner is coming probably isn’t at the top of your weekly priority list.

We understand.

That’s why we send an email reminder 48 hours before your appointment.

Then, on the evening before we arrive, we’ll send you a text reminder too.

This gives you time to unlock the back gate, make sure we can access the garden and clear anything blocking the path.

And, while we’re being grown-ups about it, there’s the dog poo.

If your four-legged friend has been busy in the garden, we’d really appreciate a quick check before our technician arrives.

Our hoses have many talents.
